This is the reason why there should be a search engine only for comics-related material.
So together with a friend we decided to build a search engine that would allow everyone to find everything he/she ever wanted to know about comics.
There is comics and comics, of course. European, US and Asian. Different styles, different cultures, different humor, different action. All had to be served.
Therefore the site had to be:
- user-friendly
- multi-language
- load fast
- entertaining
- contain last-minute information
- use a 800x600 resolution (if you still have less, it's high time you upgrade)
- and whatever more the user was expecting
The problem with search engine is that they do not always give you the results that you want. Also when you get the results you see a few lines taken directly from the site and that's it.
Do you know if the site's interesting for you ? NO !
We decided from the beginnig to review ALL the sites ourselves and add our comments to them.
The work is enormous but rewarding as we have seen more on comics than anyone on this planet, I think.
